The VTIO would like to congratulate all 44 competitors, our major and general sponsors, judges, volunteers and attendees for making the 2008 Victorian Tree Climbing Championships such an enormous success. We would like to especially thank the Rural City of Wangaratta for its effort and hospitality. Geoff Riddock of council and Gerard Reynolds of Arboressence should be commended for their work on getting the event organised.

Congratulations to the A Grade Masters Champion - Richard Kenyon and to the B Grade and Womens winners - Lee Guppy and Jessica Knott.
